Any actual services, including estate management, home operations, vendor oversight, household coordination, property stewardship, lifestyle support, travel-related coordination, event support, home improvement, construction management, or related services, will be governed by separate written terms.
If there is any conflict between these website Terms and a signed agreement between you and Maywood EM, the signed agreement will control for the applicable services.

6. Estimates, Availability, and Pricing

Final pricing, scope, scheduling, and responsibility depend on the property, requested services, household needs, site conditions, vendor availability, material availability, travel or event availability, municipal requirements, applicable legal requirements, and written agreement between the parties.
7. Contractor, Vendor, and Third-Party Services
Maywood EM may coordinate with independent contractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, household service providers, travel or event providers, inspectors, municipal officials, and other third parties. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, third-party providers are not employees of Maywood EM.
Maywood EM may assist with coordination, oversight, communication, documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and project or household management, but third-party providers remain responsible for their own licenses, permits, insurance, workmanship, professional obligations, service quality, code compliance, and compliance with applicable law.
8. Home Improvement and Construction-Related Services
Certain services may be subject to Connecticut home improvement, construction, permitting, licensing, contract, cancellation, insurance, consumer protection, or other legal requirements. Where applicable, Maywood EM or an affiliated Maywood business will use appropriate written agreements and documentation for regulated work.
Website content is not intended to serve as a home improvement contract, construction contract, change order, notice of cancellation, permit application, lien waiver, warranty, or legally required project document.

Maywood EM may assist with lifestyle support, travel-related coordination, reservations, events, errands, or similar services where agreed in writing. Third-party providers, venues, carriers, hotels, restaurants, event providers, and travel-related vendors remain responsible for their own services, availability, terms, cancellations, safety standards, and compliance obligations.
Maywood EM does not guarantee third-party availability, pricing, performance, safety, or outcome.
11. No Guarantee of Results
Maywood EM strives to provide professional, discreet, high-quality service and coordination. However, we do not guarantee that any service, project, repair, maintenance plan, household process, vendor performance, travel arrangement, event support, recommendation, municipal approval, or outcome will be uninterrupted, error-free, defect-free, delay-free, or suitable for every circumstance.
Homes, buildings, systems, contractors, vendors, materials, weather conditions, municipal reviews, travel conditions, household needs, and site conditions can be unpredictable.
12. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, logos, images, service descriptions, page layouts, and branding elements, is owned by or licensed to Maywood EM and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
